Get in touch

One address, read by a person. There is no ticket system and no chatbot.

Email

Useful things to include: the site URL in question, and — if it is about a finding — the Wordfence type shown beneath the alert title, such as wfPluginVulnerable.

Before you write

Two things answer most questions faster than an email does:

  • The glossary what a finding means and how to clear it
  • The demo how the console behaves, no account needed

Data requests

To have an account, a site, or its stored findings deleted, email the address above from the account's own email where possible. Removing a site from Manage sites already deletes every scan event and finding belonging to it immediately — you may not need to write at all. What is stored, and what is not, is set out on the privacy page.

Reporting a security issue

If you have found a vulnerability in WPSecureOps itself or in the connector plugin, please use the same address and say so in the subject line. Include what you did and what happened; a proof of concept helps. Please do not test against sites you do not own.
